The Men’s team rounded off the season with a 3-1 defeat to Welbeck C at Ridgeway. Danny Lidster and Craig Watkins lost in three sets to the first Welbeck couple 3-6, 6-4, 5-7 whilst Keith Hukin and John Hallgarth lost to the seconds by 2-6, 2-6. In the second round Danny and Craig beat the seconds by 6-4, 6-2 but Keith and John lost to the first couple by 0-6, 3-6. Craig was making his league decut so well done Craig.
Final match score was Rubbers 1-3, Sets 3-6, Games 33-47.
Thanks to Danny for organising the teams for the Saturday matches and to all the players who have taken part in representing the club.
